About this group
The trustees of Bacton-on-Sea Village Hall are aiming to install a small (5 Kw) Evance R9000 wind turbine to supply the hall with electricity and feed surplus into the grid.
We have worked on the project with professional help ( and Lottery CSEP funding) for nearly 3 years and have finally obtained planning permission to embark on the practical stages of funding and installing the turbine.
