As lead developer you will be responsible for energyshare’s portfolio of assets and digital campaigns.
You must be an outstanding individual with over five years of experience in PHP/MySQL development and a broad knowledge of front-end development.
You’ll be responsible for evolution of our crowdfunding platform in a rapidly changing landscape.
You’ll have the chance to really make a difference to a fast growing company.
Experience of agile development, CRO and SEO are preferred, previous team leadership a must and a passion for what you do is essential.
You’ll be quick, accurate and stress tolerant, and a problem solver with good communication skills.
You’ll be self-motivated and you like to try out new things and you’re willing to pass your knowledge on to others. You’ll have worked on commercial, busy websites – the bigger the better.
You’ll be core to the team on all projects and people will look to you to tell them what’s possible and which solution would be best.

Energyshare Fund Co-ordinator
We’re looking for an ambitious Fund Co-ordinator, to join our dynamic and innovative team at energyshare on a full time basis.
This exciting opportunity will involve working alongside energyshare’s extensive network of community groups at a local, regional and national level, building partnerships with private and public sector investors, making formal applications for funding and administering a not-for-profit fund for distribution to community energy initiatives.
The role is suited to an outgoing team player with an ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with communities and the private and public sectors, verbally and in writing. The successful candidate must have experience of identifying funding opportunities, drafting formal funding applications, have a sound understanding of the renewable and sustainable energy sector and be a competent manager. Strong organisational skills, including excellent IT, Excel and administrative skills are also required.
